Our reception professional will listen to all your problems and try to get you an appointment best suited to your needs

On reaching the centre, you will be welcomed by the reception professionals who will guide you to fill out the OPD form. Following this, the optometrist will carry out the initial workup. After that, the doctor will carry out an in-depth assessment of your eye or aesthetic maladies after understanding your symptoms and examining them in detail.

Following this patients will be explained and counselled regarding their diagnosis and treatment required.

The complete eye evaluation includes a fundoscopy (retina checkup) for which the patient’s eyes are required to be dilated following which may have blurry vision for near-distance objects for the next 5-6 hours during which driving is not advisable. Also, it can be dangerous to drive with an active eye problem. You will be given instructions regarding your daily routine and precautions to follow till you are healed.

We always recommend our patients be accompanied by a guardian or relative.

The consultation is done in-depth based on an individual’s eye or aesthetic problem which can take from 15 – 60 minutes depending on the requirement of any procedure or eye dilatation.

To make it convenient for the patients, View Care accepts payment via UPI, Paytm, Google Pay, Phone Pe, Amazon Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card and cash.

To make it patient pocket-friendly, View Care accepts insurance for surgeries and makes it cashless* for the patients. The benefits of the insurance are offered to both policy holders and the dependents covered under it.
